What cleaning services does White Clean offer?

Furniture cleaning (sofas, carpets, curtains, mattresses), general deep home cleaning, AC cleaning, and water-tank sterilization. Marble polishing and pest control are coming soon.

Which cities do you serve?

Riyadh, Jeddah and Makkah, plus the Eastern Region — Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail.

How is pricing calculated?

Furniture and upholstery are priced per meter, so you pay only for what's cleaned. General home cleaning is quoted after a free inspection. You can get an instant estimate in the White Clean app.

Is the inspection free?

Yes — the inspection is free. A SAR 150 advance is applied toward your total, and the final quotation is shared after our visit. Any remaining balance is paid after the service.

How do I book a service?

Book in seconds on the White Clean app (iOS or Android): choose a service, pick a date and time slot, set your address and pay the advance. You can also message your nearest branch on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, debit card and credit card. You pay an advance to confirm, and the remaining balance after the service is completed.

Can I track my booking?

Yes. The app shows live status — from booking confirmed, to the technician on the way, to job completed — and you receive a confirmation email and a downloadable receipt.
